CPC's Wellness Campaign has joined forces with Investors Savings Bank. Donation boxes for collecting personal hygiene items are located at nine branch offices in Middletown, Navesink, Red Bank, Spring Lake Heights, Wall, Colts Neck, Deal, Freehold, and Long Branch.

Individuals who are Investors Savings Bank customers and employees are invited to join in this campaign to help those living with serious mental illness by helping them take better care of themselves. CPC's programs are embracing this nationwide movement that promotes both mental and physical wellness.

Investors Savings Bank is also the "Kids Race Sponsor" at the upcoming CPC Pier House 5K on Monday, Sept. 7 (Labor Day) in Long Branch.

"More importantly, these items are helping individuals living with a serious mental illness take better care of themselves."

CPC Behavioral Healthcare is actively fostering consumer wellness by promoting health and preventing illness. This new programming can have a significant impact on the longevity of individuals. Studies show that the life expectancy for individuals with mental illnesses is about 25 years less than the general population due to treatable medical conditions related to smoking, obesity, substance abuse, and inadequate access to medical care.
